Returns will only be accepted:

  • Within 30 calendar days from the day of delivery/receipt of the product.
  • The product must be complete, with original packaging, instruction manuals, warranty certificates and accessories.
  • The product must be accompanied by the Invoice.

The following will not be accepted

  • Products that have been used (except for cases of technical or manufacturing defect or vice, verified after use).
  • Products purchased on balance, custom-made and/or personalized.

Arkos products are very simple to install! You can find information about each product on our Youtube channel (link) or on the page of each of our products.

Arkos provides only the materail, but any masonry professional can make the necessary structure for the installation. Arkos Brasil provides only the auxiliary structure of our Arkowood F.

Only our polycarbonate arkowall panels are structural, the other Arkos products are only decorative and need a structure to be installed. Any installer can make this structure without difficulty.

Yes, the most up-to-date information about your Order and the delivery status of your Order is available under My Orders. In addition, you will be notified of the progress of your order via the e-mail address you provided.

The choice of which of these companies will be responsible for the transport of your order will rest exclusively with Leroy Arkos Brazil, and the Customer has no influence on such a decision. At this time, we work with several carriers depending on the needs of the material.

No, once completed, the Order cannot be changed. To purchase another product, you must start a new Order.

The freight value is calculated automatically, based on the products selected and the Customer’s delivery ZIP code and weight of the material sent. The information of the freight value already calculated for a certain address and certain products appears to the Customer at the time of finalizing the purchase on the Site.

We offer a 10-year warranty on all our products against loss of color, not including damage caused by misuse or installation. On some products such as Arkosiding, the warranty extends from 35 to 50 years.
